We stand behind the durability and performance of our PPF products and workmanship. Our comprehensive warranty covers:

– Yellowing or discoloration of the film  

– Peeling, cracking, or bubbling under normal use  

– Loss of adhesion or film lifting  

– Staining or hazing that cannot be removed with proper cleaning  

Warranty Exclusions:  

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– Improper maintenance or cleaning methods  

– Physical damage from accidents, road debris, or vandalism  

– Exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents not recommended for PPF  

– Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties 

** Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to repainted surfaces unless we are informed in advance about the paint repairs. To ensure the quality and integrity of our services, we kindly ask that you notify us of any repainting prior to our work. Thank you for your understanding.

If you experience any issues covered under this warranty, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the film and, if necessary, repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.

Care Instructions for Your Paint Protection Film

Proper care is essential to maximize the lifespan and appearance of your PPF. Follow these guidelines to keep your vehicle protected and looking its best:

1. Washing Your Vehicle

– Use a mild automotive soap and water solution. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.  

– Hand wash your vehicle with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.  

– Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.  

– Avoid automatic car washes with stiff brushes or harsh chemicals.

2. Drying

– Use a clean, soft microfiber towel to gently dry the surface.  

– Avoid air drying, which can leave water spots.

3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals  

– Do not use solvents, waxes, or polishes that are not specifically designed for use on PPF.  

– Avoid tar removers, bug sprays, or other chemical products that may degrade the film.

4. Stain Removal  

– For bird droppings, tree sap, or bug residue, clean the area as soon as possible using soap and water.  

– If stains persist, contact us for professional advice or service.

5. Parking Tips  

– Avoid parking under trees or in areas prone to heavy debris.

_ if you notice bird crap on your car do your best to wipe it off as soon as you can.
